Students must earn 22 credits which include the following requirements to
graduate from Riverdale HS.
English 9, 10, 11, 12

Math
to include 1 year of Alg 1, 1 year of Geometry content
3 credits
Science
3 credits
Social Studies
World History 1 credit (grade 9)
US History 1 credit (grade 11)
Civics .5 credit
Physical Education
3.5 credits
Health
.5 credit (grade 10)
Driver's Ed
.5 credit

Students will be assigned the appropriate level using multiple data sources such as test
scores and recommendations. Administration can change a student's level
as they deem necessary.

Courses meeting one period a day for a year earn one credit
Credit exceptions: Area Career Center courses earn 1 credit per semester or 2 per year
